Lecture 1: Chinese Philosophies on Governance and Human Rights

This lecture has an introductory nature. It will be emphasised that the course is meant as a first encounter with Chinese law, human rights and governance and as a stimulus to delve further into the topic by taking additional courses and through self-study.
